Welcome to Glampod

The Glampod was a vision that Dr. David MacPherson, our Principal Dental Surgeon at Whitemoss Dental Practice always had. A purpose-built treatment room to promote and encourage more of his holistic approach to self-care. After running a successful, multi-award winning dental practice for over 25 years, he decided that now was the time to make Glampod a reality!

In March 2020, when we were forced to hang up our dentist's drills, Davids natural leadership and forward thinking led us into a new kind of project.

Having to be on site to triage our emergency dental calls, but having no patients to see or allow inside the building - he did not do well at sitting around idle all day!

The first job was to order the materials and, on their arrival, David turned his hands to a much larger scale drilling-and-filling procedure, and before we knew it, he had built the Glampod!

We think you will agree that having aesthetic treatments carried out by professionals who already have extensive knowledge of the anatomy, skin and facial structures is best.

We have a super clean environment with our premises regularly inspected and equipment sterilised to the highest possible standards. We even have a room devoted to decontamination!

Also, just to add, all our team keep up to date with annual registrations - we are regulated, insured and study continual professional development courses.
