Helen is our resident massage therapist, who has her own business in therapy. She works out of the Glampod on Wednesday from 11:30am – 7pm.

Calm & Relax Therapies offers:
Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage / Aromatherapy Massage / Reflexology

Helen also offers a treatment called Kinetic Chain Release, this brings the body back to balance.

You can also enjoy a massage on her massage chair, which is a fully clothed massage. She is fully insured and am a member with FHT.

A full free consultation is completed prior to treatment, this can last maximum 15 minutes.

Calm & Relax Therapies provide all bedding, essential, base oils and creams (which Helen makes herself) only using natural hypoallergenic base creams.
